Cookie Policy
Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a user’s device when visiting a website. They can be used to provide essential website functions, maintain sessions, remember preferences or enable optional external services.
The website may also use similar browser technologies, such as sessionStorage, for temporary technical functions such as maintaining the shopping cart.
2. Who operates this website?
This website is operated by:
Inmaculada Concepción López Puerto
Trading name: Spanish Business Class
Country of establishment: Portugal
Email: inma_29_95@hotmail.com
Any additional mandatory business identification details will be included once confirmed in the website’s legal information.
3. How consent is managed
When visiting the website for the first time, optional technologies are disabled by default.
The cookie banner allows users to:
- accept all optional technologies;
- reject all optional technologies;
- configure each optional category separately.
Strictly necessary technologies remain active because they are required for security and essential website functions.
The user’s choice is stored in the cookie:
sbc_cookie_consent
This cookie stores:
- the consent structure version;
- enabled and disabled categories;
- the date and time of the choice;
- the applicable policy version.
The preference is stored for 180 days from the last choice.
No IP address, name, email address or direct personal identifier is stored inside this consent cookie.
4. Cookie categories
Strictly necessary
These technologies are required for the website to operate securely and correctly.
They may be used for:
- website security;
- login and authentication;
- session management;
- access to the student area;
- shopping-cart functions;
- checkout;
- maintaining course access;
- remembering cookie preferences.
These technologies cannot be disabled through the cookie banner.
Functional and external media
These technologies allow external content, such as YouTube videos, to load.
They are disabled by default.
When the user enables this category, the external provider may receive technical information such as:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device information;
- request time;
- page or content being accessed.
YouTube videos are loaded through:
youtube-nocookie.com
This reduces certain tracking behaviour before interaction, but it does not guarantee that no technical data will be transmitted to Google when the video is loaded or played.
Videos hosted directly by Spanish Business Class as protected MP4 files do not require this category and do not contact YouTube.
Analytics
This category would allow the website to measure how visitors use the site and improve its content and performance.
No analytics platform such as Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is currently active.
The category exists in the banner so that an analytics service can be integrated correctly in the future without loading it before consent.
If an analytics service is activated later, this policy and its version will be updated and users may be asked to make a new choice.
Marketing
This category would allow technologies used to measure advertising campaigns, personalise advertising or create marketing profiles.
No advertising pixel or marketing tracking platform is currently active.
This category is independent from the optional consent to receive promotional emails through website forms.
Accepting marketing cookies does not automatically subscribe the user to promotional emails, and subscribing to emails does not automatically enable marketing cookies.

6. External providers
The website may connect to the following external providers when the corresponding function is used:
Google / YouTube
Purpose:
- delivery and reproduction of externally hosted video content.
The connection occurs only after Functional and external media has been enabled.

7. Google Consent Mode
The website contains a technical configuration prepared for Google Consent Mode v2.
The following signals are set to denied by default:
analytics_storagead_storagead_user_dataad_personalization
They are updated only if the user enables the corresponding Analytics or Marketing category.
At present, no Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager tag is active, so these signals do not currently activate an analytics service.
Functional and external media does not automatically grant Analytics or Marketing consent.

Users can change their choices at any time through the link:
Cookie settings
available in the website footer.
Users can:

9. Browser controls
Users can delete or block cookies through their browser settings.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies through the browser may prevent:
- login;
- access to the student area;
- use of the shopping cart;
- checkout;
- maintenance of secure sessions;
- saving cookie preferences.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when:
- new technologies are introduced;
- providers change;
- analytics or marketing services are activated;
- legal or regulatory requirements change;
- cookie categories or purposes change substantially.
When a material change occurs, the policyVersion may be updated and users may be asked to provide a new choice.
